House Share Available - 1 bedroom in the house
We are looking for a single professional person to share a fully furnished home in Protea Valley.
The owner will only be at the house about 4 times a year for 12 days each time, mostly between October and May. The tenant should be comfortable with his presence during those visits.
His secretary may sometimes need occasional access to the study (max once a week).
Included in the rental are;
1. Spacious main bedroom with full ensuite bathroom
2. Ample cupboard space for storage
3. Full use of the kitchen, appliances, reception rooms and entertainment areas
4. Single garage space
5. Furnished house
6. Monitored alarm system with ADT response
7. Gardener twice a month
8. Cleaning lady every Monday
9. Water and Electricity are included up to a set amount (excess will be for the tenant’s account)
