My lifelong, loving owner will sadly be leaving me soon, and I'm looking for a new family to cherish and care for me in the caring and meticulous manner to which I've grown accustomed.

From the moment you step through my welcoming entrance, you'll be charmed by my tranquil and homely ambience, with everything you'll need for gracious and comfortable living.

My living area offers a large and welcoming lounge; a spacious, adjoining family room with separate garden entrance, ideal also for a study or work-from-home area, or conversion to a lovely flatlet; banquet-sized dining room ; and a well-appointed, crisp-white kitchen with ample work and cupboard space.

For your rest and comfort, I have 3 well-proportioned, ever-so-inviting and comfortable bedrooms, with beautiful contemporary en-suite and family bathrooms.

Relax , entertain and play with your 2 and 4-legged family, and friends - around my beautiful garden, sparkling and secluded pool, open sunny patio with built in braai and shade pergola - you choose!

I also have a neat, outside laundry and toilet, double shadeport , and additional driveway parking for 3 or 4 more vehicles. I'm within a couple of minutes drive of Weltevreden Primary, close to the through-routes of Jim Fouche and JG Strijdom, and loads of nearby facilities.
