The low levy includes the units' water consumption, security services, and 1st-level nursing (eg basic wound dressing care, checking blood pressure). ).
One compulsory luncheon per person per week is charged additionally at R66 per meal on the levy statement per month. Additional meals can be booked.

The facilities include a nursing station with on-duty nurses and sisters, Assisted Living facilities, and Frail Care and Care Workers services should one prefer to remain in one's unit and not move to the Frail Care center (available by special arrangements and fees).
