This Farm consists of 48,45 Ha of Developed Macadamia Orchards.
The first 26,00 Ha orchard is planted with the variety Beaumont and was planted in 2016. These trees are 6 Years old. The second 22,45 Ha orchard is also planted with Beaumont and was planted in 2018. These trees are 4 Years old.

All orchards are spaced at 8m x 4m and have micro sprayer irrigation at 20 liters per hour.

The verified water right is 48,70 ha at 7000 cubes per hectare equal to an irrigation volume allocation of 340 900 cubes per year.This water is supplied via the Lower Kaap Irrigation Board by means of a canal from the Kaap River. There is also a pipeline for extraction from the Kaap River. There are 2 Dams on the farm utilized for storage.

There is a large workshop to house implements as well as the 2 Lane De Husker with 30 ton nut drying processing line.

All nuts were sent to Mayo Macs in 2022.

The orchard has been managed by the top agricultural consultants in the Lowveld. Info available on request.
