Farm Hudsonvale is situated on the picturesque R62 Langkloof route between Kareedouw and Joubertina in the Eastern Cape. The farm is operated as a fully established Dairy farm and spans a full 1130 ha made up of sloping hills, irrigated pastures, little valleys and mountain areas with natural vegetation.

Currently the farm supports approximately 600 milk cows on approximately 85 ha of irrigated land which includes various tower configuration centre pivots (Agrico and Kimberley), draglines, and other irrigation methods such as pumps and sprinklers. A very reliable water supply is sourced by means of servitude from the Krom and Witels rivers, totaling 640000+ m³ per annum. Further potential capacity of 180000+ m³ is available from a borehole.

The neat and well maintained central dairy operation infrastructure, situated close to main road access, includes a 30 point swing over style dairy system, offices, storage facilities, cattle handling facilities and calving facilities.

Accommodation on the farm is provided by 3 separate dwellings. One very neat “main house” with an additional farm cottage nearby, as well as a 3rd house, that needs to be repaired due to fire damage.

A remaining 950+ ha of beautiful undeveloped mountain land is an absolute bonus and can either be enjoyed as is or further developed to expand operations. The mountain land contains the typical fynbos type natural vegetation the area is so well known for.

The farm is sold from a VAT registered entity. The price indicated excludes VAT, Livestock and loose implements. Prices for livestock and loose implements can be supplied on request.
