Tracy Maharaj has been a Pinetown area specialist for the past 16 years in Residential sales and for the past 5 years in Commercial & Industrial Brokerage. She has been the top Broker of the branch in Wakefields for 2016/2017/2018/2019. She was placed number 2 overall in the group in 2018/2019. She became a Diamond Achiever in 2016 which is the highest accolade achievable within the group which is only awarded to a selected group of consultants based on company criteria pertaining to achieving consistent excellent results through each quater. She also won most units sold in KZN within the group in 2016/2017/2018/2019. She has been a Top 20 Achiever for numerous years. These are just to name a few.

Former Mrs India SA in 2014, S.H.E Force brand Ambassador, Brand Ambassador for the CANSA Association of SA, Influencial Women of the Year 2019, WAW Hall of Fame recipient 2021. She is not just familiar with the area and the property market but knows the community and its residents as a whole.

She is also a community activist and helps in community service to help serve and empower wherever she can. Being a part of the Real Estate sector I gained extensive experience both in the Residential and Commercial sector and becoming the top Achiever in the Branch. I have become adversant and conversant in the field of Real Estate.
