When you enter, you have two steel-plated heavy-duty doors that swing open outwards with a large double volume open plan warehouse fully fitted with a fire suppression sprinkler system with fire and evacuation. The ceilings are insulated with new fluorescent lighting all around the warehouse on both levels. The warehouse is fitted with IPR steel beams, all connected creating a top and bottom space in the entire warehouse with two steel staircases taking one up to the upper level; there are walkways in between.
