The mornings are getting cooler and the days are getting shorter as we move into Autumn, so we are fervently hoping that good seasonal rains are one the way for the Western Cape at last.

Meanwhile, we are looking forward to heating up Winter this year with our brand new advertising campaign, designed to show off how different we really are from your average real estate company. I don’t want to give too much away right now but the campaign underlines why our people are the very best – and how that benefits our clients in all sorts of ways. In addition, I’m sure the ads will make you smile…and what better way to brighten up a winter day?

And talking of brilliant things, we have just held our glittering annual gala awards to celebrate the amazing results achieved by our top agents and brokers over the past 12 months. We are so proud to have these fabulously talented and motivated individuals in our group – and even more proud that they are out there working day in and day out to provide you, our clients, with the most memorable real estate experiences.

The details of the awards are below, along with several other items of positive news that we believe spell even better times ahead for the real estate market – not the least of which is the fact that Moody’s has not “junked” South Africa’s sovereign debt rating and has in fact upgraded its outlook on SA’s economy from negative to stable.
