Chas Everitt and Aston Martin presents the home of super homes and super cars.

Boasting expansive views across Sandton, the three-storey Sandhurst super-home was designed and created by Pellerade Design House on a "no expense spared" basis, and inspired by The Manor, the landmark chateau in the plush Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles that belonged to film and TV producer Aaron Spelling and was sold for a record US$119,75m in 2019.

Set in grounds of more than 7000sqm, the Sandhurst mansion boasts a spectacular double-volume entrance hall with a glass floor and a domed ceiling lined with gold-leaf, four sumptuous ensuite bedrooms, five more bathrooms and a guest wing with two more ensuite bedrooms as well as its own kitchen, dining area and lounge.

The living rooms in the main house include an eight-seater breakfast room, a 16-seater formal dining room, a formal lounge with double-sided fireplace, a children's lounge/ study area and a family room that overlooks a double-volume indoor pool and hot tub.

The main kitchen has double appliances, a cold room and a pantry as well as a separate scullery/laundry, and there are also several gas stoves and built-in barbeques in the home's extensive entertainment areas.

As befits a super-home, there are also many special features and single-purpose rooms, including a luxurious 'Spa Experience" complete with salon, gymnasium, massage and steam rooms, sauna and two bathrooms.

The magnificent mansion also has a 20-seater cinema with its own bar, a double-volume private library with a spiral staircase leading to the wine cellar, a cigar lounge, a billiards room, an outdoor pool and an entertainment bar, as well as a three-bedroom staff suite, a 10-car garage with chandeliers and even space for a private bowling alley.
