Chas Everitt scoops top international award

Among more than 550 top brokerages that are members of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® network, Chas Everitt International was this week announced as the winner of the Vanguard Award, which is one of the global group's highest honours.

The coveted prize is awarded annually to the member company that best demonstrates exceptional achievements in technology innovation leading to increased sales as well as agent recruitment and retention, and it was presented this week to Chas Everitt CEO Berry Everitt and COO Barry Davies during a gala awards ceremony at the LeadingRE Global Symposium held in Dubai.

"We are delighted at the recognition of our efforts among our fellow LeadingRE members, who are the world's best real estate agents and brokers," says Everitt. "I had previously won the Global Leader Award, which this year went to Michael Saunders of Michael Saunders & Company, who is the number one broker in Southwest Florida, but this is a particularly proud moment for us as a company.

Davies says the Vanguard Award was one the company was hoping to win - in the future - as it continued to develop its brand and relationships with global partners in the LeadingRE network. "We knew that our entry this year was one of many and would be evaluated alongside those from companies that are world leaders in our industry, led by experts that we admire, respect and are able to learn from as members of this amazing organisation.
