Chas Everitt now in Port Edward

Welcome Lionel Woods & Annette Mentz to the Chas Everitt family in Port Edward KZN.

Annette started her real estate career in Irene Estate in Pretoria 15 years ago, then moved to Somerset West in the Cape where she was a part of the Chas Everitt Somerset West team. She relocated to the lower South Coast of KwaZulu Natal where she joined Pam Golding in 2014. Annette's career highlight was winning the "Rookie Agent" of the year award in her first year in the business. She also became a Gold Club agent alongside her partner of 2 years Lionel Woods.

Lionel's working career started with South African Airways where he progressed through various accounting departments, public affairs and finally managing the baggage claims department. Lionel had some 23 years of service with SAA after which he bought, managed and sold two stationery businesses, first in Johannesburg and the second in Knysna.

He relocated to Trafalgar on the KZN South Coast where he joined Pam Golding in Ramsgate in 2016. He's been in real estate for 6 years now and is thoroughly enjoying it. Lionel specialises in sales of residential property, particularly apartments in Ramsgate, Southbroom, Marina beach and the tranquil village of Trafalgar. "The experience I have gained from buying and selling my own homes has given me the additional understanding and appreciation of what emotions, excitements and fears one encounters when home hunting. I thrive on building relationships with all my buyers and sellers", he says.
