The award is made annually to members of the network who embody the very best of what LeadingRE represents: True brand champions who actively engage at every level of the organisation and inspire others through their leadership and passion.

Everitt’s award was presented at the recent LeadingRE Global Symposium in Prague, a gathering of the top minds in real estate from across the world, and it celebrates his exceptional leadership and tireless work to build meaningful connections and collaborations that not only open doors for South Africans but also create bridges between the best real estate practitioners in more than 70 countries.
Everitt was also a featured speaker at this year’s symposium, sharing how AI, data and digital innovation are reshaping the agent and client relationship and how Chas Everitt is embracing these changes to set new standards of service.

Everitt has served two consecutive terms as chairman of the LeadingRE Global Advisory Board and in 2022 was honoured with the Global Leadership Award for his extreme generosity of time and commitment in supporting the organisation and ensuing its continued growth during the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2024, he also received the Chairman’s Service Award for steadfast commitment to the expansion of the network.
In 2016, just a year after being invited to join Leading RE and its high-end property division Luxury Property International®, Chas Everitt International received the Luxury Portfolio Marketing Award and was named as the Most Innovative Brokerage in the World, and in 2017 it received the Luxury Trendsetter Award for leadership in the affluent real estate space.
Then in 2023, the group was named as the winner of the Vanguard Award, which is one of LeadingRE’s highest honours. This coveted prize is awarded annually to the member company that best demonstrates exceptional achievements in technology innovation leading to increased sales as well as agent recruitment and retention.
