Werner Styger was born in 1975 in Cape Town and raised in Paarl, where he matriculated from Paarl Gymnasium in 1993. From an early age, Hermanus held a special place in his heart, having spent countless holidays in the family’s seaside home. Now, after years of professional experience and personal growth, he returned to his favourite place on earth to pursue a lifelong passion - real estate. Werner completed a Marketing & Sales and an IT Diploma in 1998 and began his career at Shoprite Checkers in 2000. In 2005, he joined Shell South Africa, where he went on to serve in numerous leadership roles, including an exciting two-year international assignment at Shell’s head office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In 2016, Werner took on the role of Head of Franchise at Alpha Pharm, where he drove significant growth and strategic expansion across South Africa. In 2025, he joined Montana Data Company as Sales Director, further cementing his reputation as a results-driven, customer-focused leader. Throughout his career, Werner has consistently demonstrated a deep passion for people, service excellence, and customer satisfaction - qualities that now define his approach to real estate. His transition into property is not a departure from his past, but rather the fulfilment of a long-held ambition. Now proudly based in Hermanus, Werner is committed to helping families, investors, and newcomers find their place in this beautiful coastal town. He is married to Ashleigh, and together they are raising two daughters, Mikayla (17) and Harper (8), who is attending Hermanus High and Primary Schools respectively.
