Maria has been active in the real estate industry for the past 17 years with involvement, experience and education ranging from valuations & sales to management, training and developments. During the early 2000's she has owned and managed a successful real estate franchise in Stellenbosch. After spending 3 years as a Real Estate trainer and business consultant in the Western Cape, she joined the franchising environment again as a Regional Manager & Trainer for another national real estate group. She joined Chas Everitt in 2014 as Regional Manager. Her portfolio including the Western Cape and Garden Route, as well as the Chas Everitt Training Academy.Maria has recently turned her focus toward Stellenbosch again when she opened the Chas Everitt Winelands franchise in Stellenbosch.
