ABOUT ME
Raised in a Christian family and a lifestyle of integrity was part of my life. Whatever your dreams are - you can achieve just that. I married the love of my life in December 1978 and our journey was to grow strong in our Christian beliefs. We received our degree in Christian Counselling, which was and will always be part of my life as this came in so handy with my career in real estate.
Chas Everitt always had a slogan “it is NOT about the PROPERTY but about the PEOPLEâ€. Our slogan emphasizes the significance of the personal and emotional aspects involved in real estate transactions. Indeed, real estate is not just about buying or selling properties, it is about the individuals and families whose lives are impacted by these transactions.
I started my career in Real Estate in 2006 at a small company and did 21 transactions in 9 months, but soon realized that there is more into property "than just selling". I then invest time and money to expand my knowledge and skills, to position myself as a knowledgeable and trustworthy property professional in the eyes of my clients.
My professional career with Chas Everitt commenced in July 2007 from our home - being awarded "rookie of the year" in 2008 and I have consistently received awards ever since. This came from being dedicated, work hard, and my expertise in real estate industry, particularly in a small town like Oudtshoorn.
I formed a partnership with Antoinette during 2010 and we collectively received numerous awards, regionally and nationally since our association, which is a significant achievement. I feel that our collaborative efforts brought diverse strengths and perspectives to the table, contributing to our overall success in the real estate market.
My commitment is living a life as a property professional with integrity, sensitivity, and loyalty. These values are crucial in my life and in my career, where trust and ethical conduct are paramount.
I can honestly say that this comes with hard and dedicated work. Nevertheless, most of all – without God’s grace, mercy, blessing and favor in my life, I will achieve nothing.
