Grant was introduced to Cape Agulhas 35 years ago and has been living here permanently for the last 17 years and has been active in the real estate industry ever since.
Grant has specifically focused on Langezandt Fisherman's Village, Argonauta Park and parts of Ocean View Heights, building in depth knowledge of these area's and diligently servicing and focusing on the developments here.
In 2019 Grant was responsible for the majority market share in all of his focus areas, making him an expert and market leader in his field. For his continued performance Grant has been awarded a Master Agent acknowledgement from Chas Everitt and has successfully concluded over R 250 000 000 worth of Real Estate transactions in his career.
