I have over 22 years of experience as the Chief Operating Officer at Chas Everitt International Property Group, and more than 30 years in the property industry.
I am registered as a Principal Property Practitioner with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Institute of Estate Agents South Africa.
My core competencies include business, franchise sales, real estate, commercial and industrial property, and property marketing. I have played a key role in transforming the group from a strong Johannesburg player to a national presence, and I have consulted with key operations across the brand.
Throughout my real estate career, I have held various roles, including estate agent, sales manager, team leader, principal, owner, trainer, franchisee, franchisor and recruiter, gaining a comprehensive and hands-on understanding of the business.
