The farm is situated on the Ashton/Swellendam road (R60) at the foothills of the Langeberg Mountains in the Bosjemanspad Valley and adjacent to the Marloth Nature Reserve. The closest towns are Ashton and Bonnievale.
The close proximity of the mountains and set on the southern slopes, contributes to the unique Fauna and Flora which can be harvested and sold.

Water • Large dam holding capacity is 110 650m3 - allowing gravity fed irrigation • The smaller dam has estimated capacity of 20 000m3 with run off of approximately 292 000m3 indicating the potential to construct an additional dam. • Approximately 30 hectares under drip irrigation • Fully equipped borehole that supplies 4 000 gallon water (18 000 liter) per hour. The borehole is fully operational but not in use due to sufficient irrigation water. • The fountain water is of a very high quality and can be used for human consumption.
